Ladder Lab / Micro800 in 7 Days

Real PLCs.
Your code.
Seven days.

Move from watching tutorials to programming a real Micro800. Connect to our remote lab, write ladder logic, and watch physical I/O respond—without buying hardware.

For maintenance techs, electricians and future controls specialists.

01 / The learning path

One lesson.
One lab.
Every day.

A focused beginner path through Connected Components Workbench (CCW). Each day pairs a short lesson with an exercise on the remote rig, so the concepts become actions.

The lab is the difference.

Book a session, connect to the lab PC, and use the camera feed to see what your program actually does. Finish with a clip of your capstone to share with #Micro800in7.

Low-voltage training hardware only. Working on real industrial equipment requires proper training and lockout/tagout procedures.

  1. 01

    Connect & download

Tour CCW and the Micro800 I/O. Connect to the remote lab and download your first program.

  2. 02

    Make an output respond

Learn contacts and coils, then watch your ladder logic switch a physical output.

  3. 03

    Keep it running

Build start/stop seal-in circuits and understand latching logic.

  4. 04

    Add timing & counting

Use timers and counters to turn individual actions into a sequence.

  5. 05

    Read the real world

Work with analog inputs, scaling and compare instructions.

  6. 06

    Go beyond ladder

Explore function blocks and structured text on the same controller.

  7. 07

    Build your capstone

Run a conveyor or traffic-light sequence on the rig, then work through troubleshooting.
